What do we do?

Energy performance (NEZB calculations): For new construction projects, we carry out NEZB calculations in accordance with NTA 8800, certified under BRL 9500. For residential buildings, we also assess compliance with the TOjuli requirement. For renovation of utility buildings, we can assess whether the renovation standard is met.
Energy labels: Peutz is certified to issue and register energy labels for both utility and residential buildings, in accordance with the applicable BRL 9500 standards.
Energy Performance Compensation (EPV): We provide advice and support in drafting energy performance compensation agreements for residential projects.
Tailored advice: Using advanced techniques and analyses, we develop customized strategies to reduce the energy consumption of existing buildings, certified under BRL 9500.
Dynamic energy studies: Through dynamic energy studies, we predict and analyze the actual energy consumption of buildings, including the impact of future climate scenarios.

Throughout all phases, from initial design to completion, we perform calculations and analyses to assess the impact of measures on energy performance. This allows us to anticipate the consequences of early design choices and make timely adjustments, enabling clients to make informed decisions and optimize the design. With dynamic energy analyses, we predict and improve performance and make timely adjustments where needed.

We also prepare the required documents for the environmental permit and issue the energy labels after completion. In this way, we help realize future-proof buildings that not only meet regulations but also contribute to a more sustainable living environment.
